By accessing and using the Trade Skill website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Course Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion. All course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon enrolment.

3. Payment Terms

Course fees are as published on our website or as confirmed in your enrolment agreement. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer or approved payment plans. All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment for a full refund
• After 14 days, refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Course transfer requests are accommodated where possible

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content and resources provided by Trade Skill are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or share these materials without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trade Skill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service in question.
