Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your course enrolment. During this period, you may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling-off period may be subject to the following:

  • Cancellation within 30 days: 75% refund of course fees
  • Cancellation within 60 days: 50% refund of course fees
  • Cancellation after 60 days: No refund is available

3. Course Transfers

We may allow transfer to an alternative course or start date at our discretion. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and any difference in course fees.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: registration fees, examination fees paid to awarding bodies, and materials already dispatched to the student.
